• Is Decrum leather real or synthetic?

  We use 100% Genuine Grain Leather, specialising in premium Lambskin and Cowhide. We do not sell faux, vegan, or PU leather. Every Decrum jacket is a natural product designed to be breathable, durable, and improve with age. If genuine leather matters to you, it matters to us too — we will never compromise on material.

• How long does shipping take to my city? Is it free?

  Yes, shipping is free on all Australian orders. We deliver via Australia Post, DHL, and FedEx with full tracking, with standard delivery in 4–8 business days to Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, and Perth. Remote postcodes may take slightly longer. You will receive a tracking link by email once your order is dispatched — or check your shipment status anytime on our Track Your Order page.

• Are there any hidden customs or import duties for AU orders?

  Decrum does not collect customs duties or taxes at checkout. All prices on Decrum.com.au are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
