  • Yes, shipping is free on all Australian orders. We deliver via Australia Post, DHL, and FedEx with full tracking, with standard delivery in 4–8 business days to Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, and Perth. Remote postcodes may take slightly longer. You will receive a tracking link by email once your order is dispatched — or check your shipment status anytime on our Track Your Order page.

  • Our jackets are designed with a modern, tailored fit. We publish exact chest measurements in centimetres for every size — measure your chest and match it against our Size Guide rather than going by the label you usually buy. Fit varies by style, so if your measurement sits between two sizes, or you plan to layer underneath, reach us at our contact page and we will advise on that specific jacket before you order.

  • We offer easy returns for all Australian customers. If your jacket is not the right fit, initiate your return within 30 days of delivery through our Return & Exchange page. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have tags attached. We want every Australian customer to feel completely confident in their Decrum leather — sizing up or down is no problem at all.
