The hood comes off, so this is really two jackets. Hood on, it handles a cold platform and a walk home in the drizzle. Hood off, it's a clean black leather bomber with a shirt collar that sits properly over a shirt or a dress. Ribbed cuffs and hem hold the shape close instead of letting it hang, and the thumbholes stop the sleeves riding up your arm when you pull it on over a jumper. Real lambskin softens to you with wear rather than stiffening, so the fit gets better rather than worse.
